Returns and Refunds.

At hashtag DADLIFE, we handle returns and process refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law and any other relevant consumer protection legislation.

Please note, we do not offer any returns or refunds for change of mind.

If you purchased our products directly from us and believe that you are entitled to a return or refund because the products are faulty or damaged, please notify us as soon as reasonably possible (we recommend within 30 days of purchase) and provide details of the issue. In the event that you are entitled to a replacement or refund, this will be processed promptly and any refund will be issued using the same payment method originally used.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
